Timeless Development is owned and operated by Brian Kenney, a resident of Naperville. Brian got his start in the mid 1990’s as a customer service superintendent for a builder in Naperville. Before long Brian was in charge of working and scheduling all sub-contractors, as well as customer service. When the new construction business began fading in 2006, Brian ventured out on his own and began doing small remodeling jobs, which would eventually lead to custom kitchens, baths, and basements.
Brian works closely with all of his customers, from planning a project, pricing, and seeing it through to the finished product. The first thing customers want is fair pricing, when this is achieved the customer’s next question is, “How long will this take!” This is where Timeless Development separates themselves for other contractors; customers are given a detailed schedule from beginning to end, explaining which contractor is coming and what is going to be done on that particular day.
Brian has all professional and qualified contractors working for him. Some contractors have one man doing all the work from plumbing, electrical, carpentry to tile. Brian does not believe in this practice; his plumber does the plumbing, his electrician does the electrical and so on – the finished product is the result of that practice.
Timeless Development does very little advertising and is a referral driven contractor. It is Brian’s belief that when you do a good job for someone, your payback will be with referrals, and Timeless Development has already begun to achieve that.
Our goal is simple – price the project fairly, finish on schedule, and have something, whether it is a kitchen or bath that we at Timeless Development and the customer can be proud of.
